Services

We provide business systems integration programming and related technical advisory as described in a written scope or advisory block confirmation. Unless the scope says otherwise, deliverables are source code, configuration, and documentation—not ongoing operations of your production systems.

Quotes and acceptance

Fees quoted on this website are starting points or examples; binding prices appear in your signed scope or invoice. Work begins after you accept the scope and pay any required deposit or milestone invoice.

Your responsibilities

You will provide timely access to sandbox environments, sample data, and decision-makers. Delays in access may shift timelines without additional liability on our part. You warrant that data you supply may be used for the agreed purpose.

Intellectual property

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, upon full payment we grant you a perpetual license to use deliverables for your internal business purposes. Pre-existing tools and libraries remain under their respective licenses. We may reuse general know-how that does not disclose your confidential information.

Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other’s confidential information with reasonable care and use it only to perform the engagement.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, our aggregate liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for issues caused by third-party systems outside our scope.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes may be brought in the courts of Malaysia. Consumers may also pursue remedies under the Consumer Protection Act 1999, including the Tribunal for Consumer Claims for qualifying amounts.
