Engagement models
Project engagements
A project engagement is a fixed-scope body of integration programming work: design notes, code, automated checks, and handover documentation tied to named systems (for example inventory API ↔ accounting module). We do not bill open-ended “hours until done” without a cap.
Each project begins with a discovery packet you provide—interface samples, environment access rules, and success criteria. We return a written scope listing deliverables, assumptions, calendar, and fees. Work proceeds after you accept the scope and first milestone invoice.
Typical deliverables include adapter services, scheduled sync jobs, transformation layers, and runbooks your team can operate without daily vendor involvement.
Technical advisory sessions
Advisory sessions are prepaid blocks of senior integrator time for architecture review, vendor contract critique, or pairing on a specific protocol problem. They are not a substitute for full implementation unless we agree a follow-on project.
Sessions are remote by default; on-site hours at our George Town office can be arranged when calendars align.
Pricing shape
Fees are quoted in Malaysian ringgit after discovery. Advisory blocks start from RM 1,500 for a half-day equivalent; project fees depend on interface count, environments, and test obligations. Proposals state whether SST applies. Nothing on this page is a binding quote—your signed scope governs.
